projet exp\u00e9rientiel pour les jeunes par les jeunes dans lequel les \u00e9l\u00e8ves du secondaire impliqu\u00e9s dans les \u00a8GSA\u00a8 innovent pour rendre leurs \u00e9coles plus s\u00fbres et plus inclusives afin d'offrir des activit\u00e9s de transition scolaire accueillantes pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves du secondaire 2SLGBTQ arrivant \u00e0 ce stade.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ecb57bf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ecb57bf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">POURQUOI \u00a8RAINBOW BRIDGES\u00a8 (Des ponts d\u2019arcs-en-ciel)?<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6a7128a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6a7128a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si vous \u00eates membre de la communaut\u00e9 2SLGBTQ +, vous \u00eates donc bien conscient des d\u00e9fis auxquels sont confront\u00e9s les jeunes queers et trans au secondaire. Si vous <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n'\u00eates<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pas membre de la communaut\u00e9 2SLGBTQ +, alors, eh bien, il ne faut pas un doctorat pour comprendre que vivre l'oppression est mauvais pour la sant\u00e9. Plusieurs initiatives ont vu le jour au fil des ans pour soutenir les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de 2SLGBTQ + dans leur lutte contre les formes crois\u00e9es d'oppression \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole, mais l\u2019\u00e9volution du paysage politique actuel garantit que la lutte pour des \u00e9coles plus s\u00fbres se poursuit.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a8Rainbow Bridges\u00a8 est autant une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ce besoin permanent qu'\u00e0 la forte demande des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et des enseignants du primaire de cr\u00e9er davantage de possibilit\u00e9s  d'engagement pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de 2SLGBTQ + qui feront la transition vers le secondaire l'ann\u00e9e prochaine. En tirant parti de l'amplificateur d'impact du mentorat entre \u00e9l\u00e8ves du secondaire et du primaire, ce programme donne l\u2019occasion aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves plus \u00e2g\u00e9s qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait la transition de partager leurs exp\u00e9riences pour soutenir les plus jeunes. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de ces cours proposeront ensuite des \u00absolutions\u00bb potentielles \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis et cr\u00e9eront une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de projets visant \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de la communaut\u00e9. Il est essentiel que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves marginalis\u00e9s se voient refl\u00e9t\u00e9s au niveau culturel, dans le programme d\u2019\u00e9tudes et au sein du personnel des \u00e9coles o\u00f9 ils apprennent; tout comme il est essentiel que nous, en tant qu'\u00e9ducateurs, qui nous engageons \u00e0 amplifier leur voix, donnions la priorit\u00e9 au changement syst\u00e9mique et au d\u00e9veloppement professionnel continu. En tant qu'\u00e9ducateur qui s'engage \u00e0 la fois dans les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs communautaires et formels, j'ai constat\u00e9 que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont tendance \u00e0 mieux apprendre lorsqu'ils ont choisi d'apprendre quelque chose. Il y a tant de fa\u00e7ons dont notre consentement n'est jamais sollicit\u00e9 par les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019\u00e9ducation formels, et je crois vraiment que cette exp\u00e9rience cumulative peut devenir assez traumatisante pour de nombreux apprenants qui n'ont jamais l'occasion de d\u00e9velopper un sens de prise en charge dans leur apprentissage \u00e0 cause de constat. . Lorsqu\u2019on nous donne le choix <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">what <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nous <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">apprenons et de la mani\u00e8re dont nous le faisons, toute la trajectoire de notre vie change de mani\u00e8re assez profonde parce que nous sommes capables de raconter une nouvelle histoire sur qui nous sommes dans le monde.
