The Social Enterprise Program (SEP) supports young people in Ottawa who want to start a non-profit, business, or social enterprise that contributes positively to their community.
Delivered as part of Youth Ottawa’s consolidated monthly workshops, SEP brings together youth with ideas, early-stage ventures, and entrepreneurial curiosity to learn, connect, and access practical resources. The program builds on Youth Ottawa’s long-standing experience supporting youth-led enterprises—many of which have gone on to operate as active businesses and social ventures in the city.
SEP is designed to meet youth where they are, offering flexible participation while maintaining a clear focus on real-world entrepreneurship.
